I was a bit skeptical before starting the laser hair removal process but right from the consultation, Lucy made me feel very comfortable, she explained the whole process clearly and how things would work and what sort of progress to expect at certain stages e.g after the first few sessions, and then towards the end of the treatment. A big THANK YOU to the Bedford Cosmetic Team. I had my first session earlier this year and shortly there after was put on blood thinning medication. They were 100% professional and allowed me to defer my appointments until later in the year. As soon as I was able to return for my appointments the staff reached out to me in a caring manner and I was able to start up my visits again. I attend this clinic regularly and love it and my results! All the girls are lovely including Kirsten and Ruby, who has done all my laser hair removal. It does take time, regular appointments and patience. However, well worth it. My legs were as hairy as mens legs and I struggled to wear shorts/short dresses or go swimming very often. I live in a swimsuit now and can honestly say I have not shaved in the last few MONTHS. I have had 8 sessions – full leg. I have also tackled my underarms and bikini line. These are taking a little bit longer, but I am equally happy. THANK YOU SO MUCH! The results are so worth it, if you are willing to be diligent and listen to the advice.

Bedford Cosmetic Laser is absolutely brilliant. I have tried several treatments elsewhere but it wasn’t as effective. When I tried the laser treatment here I had instant results. The hair regrowth was reduced with just one treatment. It was pain free and cooling when used. I was given support and advice on how to manage my skin afterwards.

Having had Polycystic ovary syndrome my hair became thicker but this has worked really well. The staff are highly professional and welcoming. I look forward to continuing the laser treatment program.

I came here because I walk past the building every day to go to work. The thing that interested me is the convenience of not having to shave my legs and bikini line. Well, the treatment is completely pain free, and after only 5 treatments so far I barely have any hair on my legs and my skin is so much smoother.
